08. Art vocabulary

The elements of art are like the building blocks of a piece of art work.

Line, shape, form, space, value, colour and texture. Children are introduced to these elements through discussion and practice. We also use vocabulary such as, pressure, graduation of tone, blending, proportion, observation, media and much more.
