We are very pleased to be introducing School Gateway to Barnes Primary School – a parent engagement app that will enable you to make all payments (school meals, trips, books, clubs, theme weeks, PTFA events) and also receive school related communication.
Our aim is to use School Gateway for as much school related communication as possible, including newsletters and reminders about upcoming events. Initially we will be focussing on the payment element of the system, and over the next week we will start by adding school books (where applicable) and autumn term trips to your child’s account. Any remaining clubs spaces will also be added to the system shortly.
HOW TO:
You simply need to download the app – just search School Gateway in your app store and download:

Once downloaded, go to the login screen and enter your email address and mobile number that is registered with the school. You will then receive a PIN by text, enter the 4-digit PIN and you will be logged in and the home screen will be displayed.
You can also log in to the online version of School Gateway if you do not have a smart phone, although we strongly recommend using the app if possible as this makes it far easier for us to communicate with you.
If you have more than one child at Barnes Primary School, they will both/all appear automatically in the app once you have logged in. If you have a child at another school which uses School Gateway, they will be visible in the same account.
