Welcome to Barnes Primary School.

We are a community primary school in Barnes, close to the River Thames in south west London. Barnes Primary is a warm, vibrant and ambitious school where children are encouraged to flourish academically, socially and emotionally. We are a school filled with learning, love and laughter. 

We are proud of our children, our staff and the rich provision we offer. Our aim is for every child to feel safe, valued and inspired, and to experience a broad and stimulating education that helps them develop confidence, curiosity and a genuine love of learning.

At Barnes Primary School, we place great importance on high standards, strong relationships and the wellbeing of every member of our community. We want children to enjoy their childhood, develop independence and responsibility, and leave us well prepared for the next stage of their education.
