Natasha Mold

I have always been passionate about education and ensuring all children, irrespective of their backgrounds and needs, receive the best opportunities.  I work as a teacher in a local primary school and supervise trainee teachers at the University of Roehampton.  I am fortunate to live in Barnes and have two children currently at Barnes Primary School.  I believe in inclusion, community, creativity and making learning fun.  I am committed to playing an active role in ensuring Barnes Primary maintains it’s exceptionally high academic standards as well as maintaining children’s wellbeing and happiness.

Alexandra Redpath

Alexandra works in South West London, as a Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Her specialty field is Paediatrics and Emergency Medicine. She has always had an interest in Safeguarding, is the Link at work, and SG Governor at her other nursery school and is looking forward to joining the team at Barnes. She spends her free time walking her rescue Boxer dog Tara, going to the ballet (watching not performing!) or on duty at various sporting events across the UK, as Finish Line Medic or Match Day nurse at Twickenham. She has been teaching First Aid skills to the Barnes staff for some years and was very flattered to be invited to join an amazing team and school.

Matt Dunn

I have lived in leafy Barnes with my family for 6-years, and my son will attend the the nursery later this year. I work for a pharmaceutical company where I lead an organisation in global clinical development, using my background of Clinical Pharmacology to help bring rare disease medicines to patients. Much of my career has been spent managing change, projects, risk, and people. I enjoy running on the river and spending time on Barnes pond and the parks. As governor I want to support Barnes Primary in providing a safe, inclusive, fun, and supportive learning environment for our community.

Scarlett Lionis

I have lived in beautiful Barnes for over four years, and have two children who attend Barnes Primary School. I am a Senior In-House Counsel at an international law firm, and prior to that I was a corporate finance lawyer. I am keen to ensure that Barnes Primary School continues to be an inclusive and aspiring place where children can thrive in learning and feel safe and supported at the same time. Apart from the busyness of being a working mummy to two young children, I am a massive foodie and cook, love long countryside walks and travelling!

Harry Satterthwaite

Harry Satterthwaite trained as a teacher through St Mary’s University via the Schools Direct route – with Barnes Primary School as his host school. Prior to teaching, Harry graduated with a BA in Business Studies from Liverpool University, then worked in HR/ Recruitment for 6 years. In 2016 he decided to follow a long-term desire to pursue a career in teaching and spent a year working as a teaching assistant at a primary school in Kensington and Chelsea. He has also enjoyed working as a football coach during school holidays. In September 2020 Harry started his third year as a Year 3 teacher at Barnes.
