Sparks! books
The entries this year were based around SPARKS! books and were a roaring success. They just get better and better. The creativity, imagination and baking skills were amazing. The SPARKS! book award theme worked brilliantly and the results were spectacular. With children from Reception to Year 6 participating, the judges had a tough job. Many thanks to the judges: we had the help of Father Stephen, Alexandra Redpath, Jade Gittens, Lisa Higgins and several members of staff who kindly gave up their time to taste hundreds of cakes at 09:00 in the morning. This was very sweet of them!

From the cakes sold outside school, just under £500 was raised. This is an amazing amount. All of the money raised from the Bake-Off sales will go to our link school in Rwanda.
